The initial setup and installation of your accounting system must be done correctly in order for future information to be accurate. We will build your accounting system with the correct accounting method, “cash or accrual”, chart of accounts specific to your industry, input your correct beginning balances and provide training, if necessary.

Full Vendor Management/Accounts Payable
We can partially or fully manage your Accounts Payable. We can pay your vendors for you, record and classify all expenses, track all asset and liability accounts and file your annual vendor 1099’s. There are many personalized options to choose from to fit your business needs.
Full Customer Management/Accounts Receivable
We can partially or fully manage your Accounts Receivable. We can create and/or import your sales invoices; mail or e-mail them to your customers; collect and/or record payments, make physical or digital deposits, maintain collection of accounts through email and follow up calls. Prepare and file sales tax prepayments, report and file quarterly sales tax returns.
Complete Payroll Services
Create company’s payroll checks, direct deposit or paper checks, process payroll tax liabilities, process & file your quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and process and provide your employees annual W-2’s. You will be provided with a Payroll Summary Report as well as receipts for proof of payroll tax payments.
Financial and Other Reports
Monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet; Adjusting Year-End Balance Sheet, Journal Entries and Revisions; Missing and uncleared checks report and check register; plus, many other customized reports as needed.

Adjust inventory balances, management and audits; Email support or questions; Phone and on-site meetings; liaison with tax accountant.
